Why do we recruit volunteers?
We recruit volunteers for two reasons: to get the work done, and to build the culture of Flipside and Burn Culture generally. Our philosophy is that shared labor builds communities. We are community organizers with a focus on Art, Expression, and the value of Flipside year-round to create a strong community, relationships, and personal growth.
