MY TICKETS WERE STOLEN PLEASE HELP ME

My Burning Flipside ticket was stolen by my former roomate. I even paid for her ticket which she has as well. She illegally opened my mail to acquire the tickets. I believe that is a federal crime to intentionally open another parties mail without permission.

Anyone that can offer me assistance in how best to deal with recovering my ticket that was unjustly acquired I would deeply appreciate anything that could be done.

If anyone knows her and if you are a burner then you know that anyone that would steal someone's Flipside ticket doesn't represent anything that the event is about.

I would just purchase another ticket but if you are a burner then you know tickets are sold months in advance and are not obtainable at the gate.

I have made several request for her just to return the ticket or tickets either way. She has openly admitted she has them citing that I owe her money for something. Somehow this justifies theft and violating my rights to privacy by opening my mail.

For those of you who might work for Flipside her name is Jessica Lundin.
I have the original ticket request & number and the confirmation email stating my request was accepted and they were mailing me my tickets.

Someone even if it is not me deserves to go to Flipside not a person willing to steal someone's ticket. I would prefer someone to have them that has never been if I am unable to attend.
