FIRE!

Two fronts:

1) Campfires - so are we allowed to assemble a circle of rocks to have a campfire going at our camp? i read something about only using existing fire rings or something. is there fire rings already out there?

2) Are we allowed (maybe expected) to add our extra wood and building material, maybe our art installation, to the effigy for the big burn on sunday? how does that work? we just take a bunch of stuff there sunday afternoon?

Thanks for any help. I tried the 'find a lead' link, but it doesn't help if it doesn't have a way to contact said lead.
