MY FRIENDS FROM CALIFORNIA GOT ALL THE WAY HERE AND LOST THEIR TICKETS!! PLEASE HELP/GIVE ADVICE!!

What is Flipside's policy on lost tickets?? My friends can produce all information associated with who bought the tickets, including credit card info for the buyer. Is there anyway to arrange for tickets at the will call? Does anyone know a number that I can call to talk directly to Flipside about this?? I'v already emailed them about it but Im trying everything. My friends brought a ton of energy and excitement to Austin for this and I cant stand to see them so sad that their tickets are somewhere on a plane between San Francisco and Houston! Any advice on this from anyone would be hugely appreciated!!
