My Precious

"My Precious" original art installation represents the dark side of technological innovation as it commingles with rapacious consumerism. The hunger for more, and again more, devices and the impulsive use of them pulls us in the direction of Gollum. This installation will feature a human-sized figure, glowing and translucent as he crouches in his tech grotto and covetously pulls his devices ever closer. His horde glows under him like radioactive eggs.
