Saturday, April 30th from 11am until dark marks the latest Eeyore's Birthday Party, a local tradition since some University of Texas at Austin students and their teacher gathered for a spring party and picnic back in the 60s. Scott Sexton, a member of the LLC which oversees Burning Flipside, is one of the major forces behind the continued survival of this popular event. Though Burners can be found throughout, many traditionally congregate by the Donkey of Liberty statue. Visit the Eeyore's Birthday homepage for complete event into, including free parking and transportation.
