Theme Camps
Theme Camp Registration for Burning Flipside 2011 is now open, and you may edit your registration form between now and May 1st. After May 1st we will close all registration so we may finalize our maps and planning of infrastructure and support.
Applications after the deadline will not be accepted. There is limited open camping available to you should you miss the deadline.
Please make sure you only register your camp once, contact us if you need to make changes. This will help streamline our approval and placement of your camp.
The 2010 Overview Map is available for reference of Apache Pastures layout. We will be working with your camps on placement as needed during this process and will have the finalized maps up showing new changes after May 1st so you can find out where you will be living during Flipside 2011: Bad Idea!
Our Theme Camp Liaison, Puzz, Will be contacting you during this process to get more information as we decide on placement and other issues, and you may contact him if you have questions about the registration form, technical issues and logistics, camp footprint sizing and other placement issues as we get closer to the event.
If you would like to contact Puzz you can email him: themecamps@gmail.com or come down and find him at most church nights to talk in person about your needs!
Note that we will have some changes coming to parking and infrastructure this year to help with flow and making everyone have a safer and less stressful experience, and will be announcing these to the lists as well as contacting camps directly about these as we are ready.
Theme camp registration for 2012 is not open yet.
Thanks for your participation in our city!
