Action Items:

Jana: call to reserve one handicapped port-o-potty for Town Hall

Lance: check with Ke about land survey

Jana: plan discussion for future meeting re: Decompression entry

LLC: contact DaFT selection committee about speaking at Town Hall

Jana: Email Aaron Bolding – Town Hall sound

Jana: Email Wrinn – Town Hall parking

Jana: Email Town Hall presenters

Casey: Update calendar on website

Marva: Ask Rocky to bring projector to next meeting

--No ticket sales aftermath

--Town Hall agenda done

--Discussed early entry and the CC being informed from the LLC, a mixer was suggested for everyone to get better acquainted, it was suggested that we take a step back and look at the big picture since it’s been 10 years now.

Next meeting is on: February 2 – we will do a Town Hall run-through and have LLC update/financial report
