Last night was electric! For those of you who showed up, giant kudos. I don't think I have ever seen the warehouse so alive with activity. We got a truckload of work done on several fronts and everyone was participating. All I can say is... WOW!

The form of the effigy is starting to appear. We currently have three platforms erected inside the warehouse, and are adding gears, ball tracks, and other gadgetry. Izzy and Demon Monk are working on a model of the marionette pieces, and are getting real sick of us bugging them:) This week we are getting each of the DAFT team leaders a bright (color to be detemined) teeshirt. This should make it somewhat easier to get volunteers to the right people. On that note, we have a bunch of opportunities to volunteer at the next church night:
- Lance is leading a team cutting and welding totems out of 55 gallon barrels.
- The bandsaw station needs manned. More wooden gears need cut.
- We will continue to build gear trains from the cut gears this week. Chainsaw and Kaleb will be manning build tables near the back. We are currently making gearing for the 3 platforms that are setup. When we are done with those, we will move to the next set of platforms.
- Gallows will be running a team designing and fabricating marble paths.
- Mast work. TBD. there will hopefully be a team working on the wooden section of center mast.
