Materials Recycling
One of the goals continuously requested by the community is to use recycled materials. In an effort to do this, we are currently seeking the following items:
- Cabinet Grade Plywood- used for making gears
- Washing Machine- we will disassemble and use body for paneling and motor for drive power
- Old Propane Tanks (normal bbq size)- need I say more
- Fillable Propane Tanks (normal bbq size)- we can return after the event
- Bamboo - preferably accessible, live groves. Contact art08@burningflipside.com with any grassy info!
- Safety Glasses/Goggles - Bring your own or bring some to share! Fun to decorate too...
- Pens/Pencils/Sharpies - Great for marking with!
- Aluminum Cans - there's temporarily (now until FS08) a collection box at the warehouse for non-crushed aluminum drinking cans. Rinse them out first if you want to be extra nice!
- Lone Star Beer - Great for getting drunk on!
