Description
Area: City Planning
The Flags Lead is responsible for translating the theme camp placement map into actual, flagged boundaries on-site at the event. Flagging generally occurs the Sunday before the opening day of the event. The Flag Lead is responsible for building 9 three-person teams to flag all the theme camps in each of the 9 zones. The Flag Lead uses a variety of tools to accurately lay out each theme camp's boundary. The Flag Lead will work closely with the Theme Camp Placement Lead and Map Lead to ensure each camp is allocated its proper space. The Flag Lead may be called upon to resolve boundary issues caused by misplaced flags, absent flags, or improperly measured boundaries.
