Description
Area: Site-Ops
The Motor Pool Lead is responsible for coordinating the rental, delivery, upkeep, return of vehicles used at Flipside for infrastructure purposes. These can be golf carts, Mules, Polaris, Gators, etc..
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Assess event needs for infrastructure vehicles
- Research potential vendors who will be able to rent, deliver, and pick up the vehicles from the event site.
- Present potential costs to the Site Operations AF and to the LLC for approval and act on the final decision
- Recruit volunteers to assist you in this position as needed
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of vehicles to and from the event site.
