Area: Site-Ops
The Print Lead is responsible for coordinating the printing/laminating/copying that other departments may need prior to the event. This is a new lead position for Flipside 2009. The general idea behind adding this lead is that a lot of different leads need things printed/laminated/copied and that there may be advantages to trying to put this all through one person. Help shape this position into something helpful to all leads.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Research potential vendors who will be able to print, laminate, and copy prior to the event.
- Create a schedule by which leads must have printable items submitted.
- Present potential costs to the Site Operations AF and to the LLC for approval and act on the final decision
- Recruit volunteers to assist you in this position as needed
- Coordinate the delivery of prints to the event.
