This Wiki is still under construction for Flipside 2012. I am leaving information from last year for the time being until I have different/updated info. Though, it shouldn't change much.
Dresden
From Randy's post the the mailing list:
I have three carts and three shift radios available for Shaven Apes, so the
maximum number of volunteers I can handle during each shift is six.
Thursday and Friday will be very busy days for Shaven Apes, so I'd like to
see full shifts all day. I know the Wiki only shows three shifts right now,
but I'll probably have to open a 4th shift (6pm to dusk) so we can help the
folks showing up late get set up.
Saturday and Sunday will be light days, but I will need at least two or
three volunteers per shift on both days.
I have shortened the shifts to 3 hours, so nobody has to work too long
in the heat. I'd also prefer that nobody volunteer for 3 shifts in a day.
Wednesday
Pre-Event Setup (FINAL)
Volunteers for pre-event setup have to be submitted to the LLC and approved. Shaven Apes *can* arrive on the land as early as Tuesday, but that has to be set up ahead of time as each day (Tuesday and Wednesday) both have separate access lists.
The deadline for Early Access lists for 2011 is May 19th. If your name has not been submitted to the LLC before May 19th, you're not getting on the land.
