We regret to inform you that your ticket request was received outside of the ticket mail-in dates of 1/26/2010 - 2/2/2010
The postmark on your envelope is 1/21/2010
Normally we would return your envelope to you. However, after talking to the LLC, here is what we can do.
1) We can send your envelope back to you and hope it arrives back to you with enough time for you to put it in the mail with the correct postmark date between 1/26/2010 - 2/2/2010
2) You can send another envelope with the form and money order with the correct postmark date between 1/26/2010 - 2/2/2010. And we will send this one back to you.
3) We can hold your envelope here until we process all the other tickets requests, and if there are less than 2469 tickets requested, we can include yours, or if there are more than 2469 tickets requested we will send yours back to you.
Please inform us as to your choice
Please remember, the reason for the mail-in dates is to create a fair and equatable ticketing process for all potential participants

Just a reminder that the ticket request form and money order mail
dates are tomorrow Tuesday Jan 26th through Midnight Tuesday Feb 2nd.
If you have not registered for tickets you can do so at
http://www.burningflipside.com/tickets, the mail-in form will be
emailed to you
If you have already registered;
1. Get a money order for the total ticket amount [tickets + express
mail option + Art Garden donation ]
2. In your most legible handwriting possible, make the money order
payable to: Austin Artistic Reconstruction
3. Print out your ticket request form mail and put it in an envelope
along with the money order
4. Decorate the envelope (it will be used for an art project)
5. Put your return address on the envelope
6. Ensure your envelope will be postmarked between 1/26/10 and 2/2/10
7. Mail your envelope to:

We will return your request and money order for any of the following:
- Illegible form or Money Order
- Postmarked before 1/26/10 or after 2/2/10
- Not a Money-Order; we do not accept cash or checks

- Money-Order not made out to Austin Artistic Reconstruction
