- Respect Meeting Planning (Doug): Review plans for hosting an explicit conversation on racism.

- CC term limits (Doug): Doug Notfunnyatall will be proposing a plan for terms limits for serving on the Combustion Chamber to insure active participation without stagnation while honoring a limited volunteer pool and the importance of seasoned experience. Issues of implementation and addressing exceptions will also be addressed.

- Recycling (Pixie): Revisiting the recycling topic: though having recycling available at Flipside impacts our individual self-reliance and takes some volunteer resources ticket money, the community has felt that offering this was more of a benefit than a detractor from the event. The CC and our amazing Site Sign-Off crew want your input. Also, are there specific things you feel should and should not be recycled?
- Flipside without a burn (Prost): What factors could prohibit burning of the effigy, arising either prior to or at the event? Are we at risk of a no-burn this year? If Flipside burns were prohibited for several years, what would that mean to the event?

Action Items:
- Clear and break down 2nd shelf on West Wall to move to New WH.
- Pack up Popcorn's trailer with shelves and contents of taco shack - playatech.

Other items:
- Stash is going to take the taco shack. He's going to come disassemble it and haul it to his place using the TAP trailer (parked at the WH). Tim knows what's up for the keys to the trailer
- the parks stage is still up for grabs--the checkered portion of it. we want to avoid posting publicly (this includes the leads list) about that for somewhat obvious reasons.
- Tracey is going to a liquidation auction on Wed and might need hands to help her move shit that she bought on Sat. This could include some pallet shelving, a pallet jack, WH carts, grid wall, a 4' barrel fan, etc.
- Things that need to stay accessible for town hall: chairs, tables, a few 10x20s, white boards, fans, PA system, art, small stage pieces.
- Ludlow is taking the fire hydrant and the rusty fire flower--the aluminum one is still up for grabs
- the Kflip trailer should also be arriving at the WH sometime, will figure out what's up with the keys to that one as well.
- Both trailers are available for community use, but please make sure people know what the fuck they're doing
