- What does LNT really mean?: A value Burning Flipside prides itself on is our commitment to Leave No Trace. However, when one considers items such as the burn scar, carbon emissions, the trash we generate on-site but simply deposit elsewhere as well as others, it becomes obvious we are not "Leave ZERO trace" event. The purpose of this discussion is to determine what the Burning Flipside community generally considers acceptable, both in consideration of the sustainability of the event and the greater value to world health.
- Volunteer Panic: The event is coming up soon! And without volunteers, it won't happen! Show up and talk through with our Volunteer Coordinator about what is short-handed, and how the community can better support these departments.

- Standardizing dates for Town Halls: Setting dates for Town Halls (and other Flipside-related events other than Flipside itself) is always difficult, and is only getting more so as more and more Texas burn events crop up, and as AAR tries to do more. Having dates that can be known in advance would simplify planning and help Texas burn events avoid stepping on each others' toes.

This could be a project to be developed within the org or strictly an introduction to someone who wants to share and encourage a Flipizen on their own.
- What/Where/When guide: How do we facilitate/Do we need??... a what, where, when booklet, published a week or two prior to our event to allow camps to introduce themselves to people and promote their events pre-event. Could encourage more foot traffic and participation and allow participants to become more aware of the Flipside community as a whole.
