- Mentoring for leadership: Recognizing leadership skills from volunteers who may not have thought of joining the dedicated leadership body for Flipside. Current veteran and newly selected into leadership may want to mentor individuals who show abilities and the desire to step up their awesome. This could be a project to be developed within the org or strictly an introduction to someone who wants to share and encourage a Flipizen on their own.
- What/Where/When guide: How do we facilitate/Do we need??... a what, where, when booklet, published a week or two prior to our event to allow camps to introduce themselves to people and promote their events pre-event. Could encourage more foot traffic and participation and allow participants to become more aware of the Flipside community as a whole.
