Current veteran and newly selected into leadership may want to mentor individuals who show abilities and the desire to step up their awesome. This could be a project to be developed within the org or strictly an introduction to someone who wants to share and encourage a Flipizen on their own.
- What/Where/When guide: How do we facilitate/Do we need??... a what, where, when booklet, published a week or two prior to our event to allow camps to introduce themselves to people and promote their events pre-event. Could encourage more foot traffic and participation and allow participants to become more aware of the Flipside community as a whole.
