Being a Greeter is an excellent way to volunteer! Greeters welcome every one back home and makes sure they all the information they need to not perish at Flipside.

Art!
Greeters needs art!
Due to the new land, the greeter station will be extra-important as a gateway into the event. We want to play a big part in putting people into the Flipside headspace. To that end, I want to make it the postapocalyptic prommyest place you'll ever see! I'm thinking 'The Road Warrior' meets Enchantment Under the Sea from 'Back to the Future'. So put on your art hats and think up something great!
Got an idea for a great piece, but need some cash? Get a grant from Art Garden:

Other Specific needs:
- Drop/scenic painter - I'd like to create a back drop for Postapocalyptic Prom photos. Everyone can be prom king and queen!
- Plastic bags & empty whipped cream or seltzer chargers - For the bunker out front
- People who just want to help make cool stuff - Art nights announced soon for Church Night.

Training
Greeter training will take place on the following dates in 2010:
- Wednesday May 5th - 6:30pm
- Sunday May 9th - 4pm
- Wednesday May 12th - 6:30pm
All training is at the Warehouse. We have a few new things regarding the land this year, so please make sure you attend. We will be working on items for the Greeters station afterwards if you want to stick around.
It will be mandatory, so please make room in your schedule for one of these dates. Training should last an hour at most.
Pods!
There have been zero pod sightings as of now. Expected to continue podless.
Shift Sign-up
Click on the edit tab and add your name where you would like to greet.
Leave your name, email address, and where to find you at Flipside, like a theme camp <--- this is super important!
Check back here often as people shift around and information changes. If you find you cannot commit to the shift, please take your name out so others can sign up. Please fill out empty or sparse shifts before signing up on full shifts. Thank you!
